Glossy keyboard + view toggle

The proposed replacement for the theory keyboards: a full keyboard (so highlighted notes always have keys on both sides), glossy keys with the shine, and a Fit / 2-oct / Full-88 toggle that auto-centers on the highlighted notes. Drive the toggle on each example below.
